Introduction
By opting in to receive text messages from Radiant New Life Church ("the Church," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms").

1. Program Purpose
The Radiant New Life Church Text Message Program provides church-related communication, encouragement, and ministry updates, which may include: worship service reminders and changes, church announcements and event notifications, devotionals and prayer prompts, ministry and volunteer coordination, urgent weather or safety alerts, and giving/donation opportunities in support of ministry initiatives. Message frequency is generally 4–5 per month, with occasional additional messages for urgent needs or special events.

2. Consent & Eligibility
By opting in, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older (or have parental/guardian consent), that you are the authorized user of the mobile number provided or have the account holder’s permission, and that you expressly consent to receive SMS/MMS text messages, which may be sent using automated or prerecorded messaging technology. Consent is not a condition of attending services, membership, volunteering, or making a donation.

3. Opt-In Methods
You may opt in by: (a) texting a designated keyword (e.g., JOIN) to a Church messaging number; (b) submitting a web or paper form that includes a consent checkbox; or (c) otherwise providing written or digital consent. A confirmation message may be sent to verify enrollment.

4. Opt-Out / Unsubscribe
You may unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP to any Church text message. After you send STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message. No further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.

6. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies with church activities, seasons, and your participation. Enrolling in multiple ministry streams may result in a higher total volume (still within reasonable limits).

7. Message & Data Rates; Carrier Disclosures
Standard message and data rates may apply. Message delivery depends on your carrier and network. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Availability may vary by device and carrier.

8. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide a current, accurate mobile number and to opt out before you change, transfer, or deactivate that number. Notify the Church if you stop using the number that is enrolled in the Program.

9. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Information such as your phone number, opt-in/opt-out confirmations, message logs, and preferences is used solely to operate the Program, maintain records, and comply with legal and carrier requirements. 10. Program Changes & Termination
We may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or these Terms at any time, subject to applicable law. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last Updated” date.

11. Disclaimers
The Program is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that messages will be timely, uninterrupted, or error-free.

12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Church and its officers, directors, employees, and volunteers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages related to the Program. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed $100 or the minimum amount permitted by law if lower.

13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable federal law.
