Pastor Eric Schroeder is the Senior Pastor of Radiant New Life Church, a U.S. Air Force veteran, retired police officer, author, and international minister. His passion is to see believers walk in their God-given identity and authority while contending for revival, transformation, signs, wonders, and miracles.

Connie leads our Connection Team with a genuine heart for people, making sure every new guest feels welcomed, valued, and connected. Her outgoing personality and warm spirit help create a place where everyone can feel at home.

Pastor Désirée Schroeder is a co-founder of Radiant New Life Church with a compassionate heart for encouraging others, intercession, and helping people walk in their God-given destiny. Her passion is to pursue the Father’s heart through prayer and see lives healed, restored, and transformed by His presence.

Pastor Dave is a seasoned minister, author, and educator with over 30 years of ministry experience and a deep passion for God’s Word, prayer, the Gospel, revival, and the presence of God. His heart is to see lives transformed, the Church strengthened, and our nation experience a genuine move of God.
